tions to be the only Sections under said title, the same in
its entirety having been repealed by Chapter 2 of the
Laws of the State of Maryland, made and passed at the
Extraordinary Session of the General Assembly of 1933,
said new Sections to be known as Sections 411 to 424,
inclusive, providing for the continuation in force of said
Chapter 2, and providing for additional regulations as to
the control, use and sale of alcoholic beverages in Balti-
more County and as to the issuance of original and re-
newal licenses and the applications for each thereof; pro-
viding for certain different qualifications as to applicants,
licensees and premises; eliminating certain classes of
licenses and increasing certain license fees; and reducing
the time in notices of revocation and suspension of
licenses; and, further, providing for repeal of inconsist-
ent laws, for partial invalidity and for emergency adop-
tion hereof.

For the purposes of identification it is here noted
that this Act was introduced on March 18th, 1935,
by Mr. Knapp and is designated as House Bill No,
557.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That fourteen (14) new Sections be and they are
hereby added to Offutt's Revised Code of the Public Local
Laws of Baltimore County, Edition of 1929, title No. 54,
"Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks" (Flack's Code, 1930, Ar-
ticle 3), said new Sections to be known as Sections 411 to
424, inclusive, and to read as follows:

Section 411. There shall be issued by Clerk of the Cir-
cuit Court for Baltimore County for use in said County the
t following several classes of alcoholic beverage licenses, and
none other, each of which shall be issued in the manner and
shall authorize the doing of the things and be subject to the
conditions and restrictions as set forth in Chapter 2 of the
Laws of the State of Maryland, made and passed at the
Extraordinary Session of the General Assembly begun and
held on the 23rd day of November, 1933, and ended on the
llth day of December, 1933, not inconsistent with the pro-
visions of this Act; the annual fee for each of said licenses
to be, respectively, the amount set opposite thereto:

(1) BEER AND LIGHT WINE LICENSES

Class A, off sale............................................................... $ 35. 00

Class C, on sale, clubs................................................ 35. 00

Class D, on sale generally....................................... 100. 00
