SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 275.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County, " sub-title "Sheriff, " said new sec-
tion to be known as Section 757A and to follow imme-
diately after Section 757 of said Article, providing for
the disposition of fees of the Sheriff's Office.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Washington County, " sub-title
"Sheriff, " said new section to be known as Section 757A
and to follow immediately after Section 757 of said Ar-
ticle, and to read as follows:
757A. All surplus funds in said Sheriff's Office result-
ing from fees, etc., after the payment of salaries of the
Deputies, necessary and proper office and travelling ex-
penses as may be approved by the said Board of County
Commissioners, and the sum of Three Thousand Dollars
($3, 000. 00) per year to the Sheriff, shall be paid over by
the said Sheriff to the Treasurer of Washington County
to be used for County purposes.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Anne Arundel County, " sub-title "Dogs, " to be known as
Section 256A and to follow immediately after Section 256
of said Article, authorizing the County Commissioners to
