56. In Dorchester County it shall be unlawful for any
person to display or drink in any bar, restaurant, tavern,
or any other licensed place, any alcoholic beverage other
than that which may be lawfully sold by the licensee there-
in. Any person who drinks or displays any such beverage in
violation of the provisions hereof, shall be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be
fined not less than five ($5. 00) dollars nor more than twen-
ty-five ($25. 00) dollars. And all licensees of Hotels, Res-
taurants and Taverns are hereby required to post at least
four conspicuous notices in their place of business with the
following words: Unlawful to Drink or Expose Liquor
upon these Premises.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 202.
AN ACT granting the consent of the Legislature of Mary-
land to the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to con-
demn, open, extend and widen Orleans Street, in the City
of Baltimore, through the burial grounds of the Trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the East Baltimore
Station (now vested in the Trustees of the Methodist
Episcopal Church of the East Baltimore Station, the
Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Broad-
way Station, and the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of the Caroline Station) and through the burial
grounds of the Trustees of Saint Patrick's Church (now
vested in the Archbishop of Baltimore), as required by
Chapter 36 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of 1852.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That consent be and it is hereby granted by the
Legislature of Maryland to the Mayor and City Council
of Baltimore to condemn, open, extend and widen Orleans
Street, in the City of Baltimore, through the burial grounds
of the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of East
Baltimore Station (now vested in the Trustees of the Meth-
odist Episcopal Church of the East Baltimore Station, the
Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Broad-
way Station, and the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
