CHAPTER 180.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
390C of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel County, "
sub-title "Liquor And Intoxicating Drinks, " as the same
was enacted by Chapter 84 of the Acts of The Extraor-
dinary Session of The General Assembly of Maryland in
1933, providing for the appointment, qualifications, com-
pensation, term of office, powers and duties of the Board
of License Commissioners For Anne Arundel County.

CHAPTER 181.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
2, and to repeal Section 3, of an amendment to the cer-
tificate of incorporation of "The Methodist Episcopal
Church of Havre de Grace" as the same were enacted by
the General Assembly of Maryland, Acts of 1902, Chap-
ter 192, to provide for the election of the Board of Trus-
tees of said Church at the annual meeting of its fourth
Quarterly Conference.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 2 of an amendment to the certifi-
cate of incorporation of "The Methodist Episcopal Church
of Havre de Grace, " as the same was enacted by the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, Acts of 1902, Chapter 192, be
and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

2. The board of trustees of said Church shall consist of
nine members, all over twenty-one years of age, two-thirds
of whom shall be members of the said Methodist Episcopal
Church. They shall each hold office for one year, or until
their successors are elected or qualified, and shall be
elected at the annual meeting of the fourth Quarterly Con-
ference of said Church, in conformity with the doctrine
and discipline of the Methodist Episcopal Church.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 3 of
said Chapter 192 of the Acts of 1902, be and the same is
hereby repealed.
