district where located, the naming of improvements there-
on, if any, and in addition thereto, a further description as
outlined in any one of the three following sub-sections, to
wit:
(a) The quantity of land, if there be record evidence
thereof, and a reference to the book or folio where the deed
for said property may be found, and the date of the deed,
or;
(b) A description by metes and bounds, or;
(c) Designation by Lot Number, and Block or Section
(if any) and name of development or sub-division, as
shown on any plat recorded in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
In no case shall a description by metes and bounds be
necessary, nor shall a greater sum than four dollars be
paid for any newspaper advertisement thereof. '
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on and after the first day of June, 1935.

CHAPTER 178.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 10 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Dorchester County, " to be under sub-title "Dancing and
Dance Halls, " said new section to be known as Section
213A and to follow immediately after Section 213 of said
Article, making it unlawful to permit Dancing in certain
places between the hours of 12 o'clock Saturday night
and 6 o'clock Monday morning.

CHAPTER 179.
AN ACT to repeal Section 266 of Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title,
"Montgomery County, " sub-title, "County Home, " pro-
viding for an annual salary of $600. to the County Com-
missioner acting as Superintendent of the County Farm.
