excess of the current rate for legal advertising. Nothing
in this section shall apply to notices required to be pub-
lished by order of Court.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws or
parts of laws, whether Public General or Public Local Laws,
inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be and they
are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 136.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
151A of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County, " sub-title
"County Commissioners, " as said section was enacted by
Chapter 97 of the Acts of 1933, extending the time during
which the County Commissioners of Kent County may
borrow money for certain expenses.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 151A of Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent
County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, " as said section
was enacted by Chapter 97 of the Acts of 1933, be and it
is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
151A. Whenever, from time to time, the amount of
taxes collected in Kent County shall be insufficient for
the maintenance and current expenses of the public schools
of said County and/or to meet the current expenses of said
County, the County Commissioners of Kent County are
hereby authorized and empowered to borrow on the faith
and credit of said County for the maintenance and current
expenses of the public schools of said County and/or for
the current expenses of said County for a period of time not
to exceed six months, a sum of money not to exceed Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($50, 000. 00) for each of the years 1935
and 1936 and to issue for said indebtedness the note or
notes of the said County Commissioners of Kent County
