and to follow immediately after Section 323 of said
Article, regulating the use of firearms by adults and
minors, imposing liability on adults for damages caused
by minors in certain cases and fixing penalties for vio-
lations thereof.

CHAPTER 135.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 18 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Queen Anne's County, " sub-title "County Commission-
ers, " to be under sub-heading "Printing and Advertis-
ing, " said new section to be known as Section 192A and
to follow immediately after Section 192 of said Article,
relating to the publication of all laws, advertisements,
notices or other printing required by the County Com-
missioners, Supervisors of Elections or other officials of
Queen Anne's County, and repealing all laws inconsistent
therewith.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That 4a new section be and it is hereby added
to Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's County, " sub-title
"County Commissioners, " to be under sub-heading "Print-
ing and Advertising, " said new section to be known as Sec-
tion 192A, to follow immediately after Section 192 of said
Article, and to read as follows:

192A. As to all legal notices, advertising or publication
in newspapers published in Queen Anne's County by the
County Commissioners, Supervisors of Elections or any
other official of Queen Anne's County, whether required by
Public General or Public Local Laws, it shall be sufficient
to publish the same in one newspaper published in said
County, anything in any Public General or Public Local
Law to the contrary notwithstanding; provided, however,
if the County Commissioners deem it desirable in any case,
said notice, advertisement or publication may be published
in more than one newspaper. All contracts and bills for
publishing legal notices, county printing, advertisements
or publications in newspapers shall be approved by the said
County Commissioners before payment, but in no case shall
a bill be approved or be paid where the rate charged is in
