1300 JOINT RESOLUTIONS.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Governor be and he is hereby authorized, in his dis-
cretion, to appoint five persons who shall constitute a Com-
mission to be called the Corporation Laws Revision Com-
mission. The members of said Commission shall serve
without pay, and not more than three of them shall be
members of the same political party; and be it further
Resolved, That it shall be the duty of said Commission
to investigate fully the Corporation Laws of the State of
Maryland and all decisions with reference thereto, and all
other matters pertaining to the subject of corporation
laws; and be it further
Resolved, That it shall be the duty of said Commission
to prepare a report containing drafts of one or more bills
revising the Corporation Laws of the State of Maryland,
together with any recommendations or comments as to
same, and to submit the said report to the Governor not
later than December 31, 1936, for transmission by the Gov-
ernor to the General Assembly; and be it further.
Resolved, That the expenses of the Commission shall be
defrayed out of such funds as may be provided for in the
Budget or otherwise.

NO. 21.
A Joint Resolution continuing the existence of the Land
Laws Commission appointed by the Governor, in pursu-
ance of Chapter 527 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1929, as amended by Joint Resolution No. 16 of the
General Assembly of 1931; requiring said commission to
report to the Governor on or before December 31st, 1936.
WHEREAS, the Land Laws Commission appointed by the
Governor in pursuance of Chapter 527 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1929 has submitted a report and he
has recommended that said Commission be continued,
therefore be it
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Land Laws Commission as created by Chapter 527 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of 1929, with the num-
