81. To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testa-
ment of Nellie Geneva Golder Knessi, deceased, probated by
the Orphans Court of Montgomery County on February
12th, 1935, and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills
for said County as follows: "All the rest, residue and re-
mainder of my property, real, personal, and mixed, of what-
soever character and wheresoever situated, which I now
own or in which I have an interest, or which I may own or
have an interest in at the time of my death, including any
property or estate which I may acquire after the death of
this my Last Will and Testament, I do give, devise and be-
queath equally, share and share alike, to the following
named four (4) charitable and religious institutions to wit:
(a) To the Trustees of the Fourth Presbyterian Church
of Washington, District of Columbia.
(b) To the American Bible Society, now located at Astor
Place, New York City, New York.
(c) To Central Union Mission, 613 C Street, Washing-
ton, District of Columbia.
(d) To American Mission to Lepers, Inc. now located at
156 Fifth Avenue, New York City, New York."

Trustees of the Seventh Baptist Church of Baltimore, dated
October 16th, 1933, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5379, folio 6, con-
veying No. 3624 Fairview Avenue.
83. To deed from Rufus G. Bartholomee and Lucile O.
Bartholomee, his wife, to the Trustees of the Seventh Bap-
tist Church of Baltimore, dated October 20th, 1933, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 5379, folio 501, conveying No. 147 South Au-
gusta Avenue.
84. To deed from Rufus G. Bartholomee and Lucile O.
Bartholomee, his wife, to the Trustees of the Seventh Bap-
tist Church of Baltimore, dated December 6th, 1933, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 5388, folio 278, conveying No. 1113-1115-
1117 S. East Avenue.
