74. To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars to the Trus-
tees of Springfield Cemetery Company, contained in the last
Will and Testament of Rachel R. Brown, deceased, probated
in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County, February 26th,
1935 and of record in the office of the Register of Wills for
said County in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio 349 etc.

75. To the bequest of 1/3 of the proceeds from certain
real property in the City of Annapolis to the Rector and
Vestry of St. Anne's Church of the said City as contained
in the Will of John Christian Daute of the City of Annapo-
lis, Maryland which Will is dated 22nd of September 1890
and recorded among the Testamentary Records of Anne
Arundel County in Liber J. W. B. No. 1, folio 544 etc.

76. To the bequest of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,-
000.00) for the benefit of the Beth Sholom Congregation of
Frederick, Maryland, as contained in the Sixteenth para-
graph of the Last Will and Testament of Clara Lowenstein,
late of Frederick County, Maryland, deceased, bearing date
April 13, 1932, duly admitted to probate in the Orphans'
Court of Frederick, Maryland, and recorded in the office of
the Register of Wills for said County in Will Record Liber
M. F. S. No. 1, folio 286, etc.

77. To the bequest of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)
for the benefit of the Takoma Park Presbyterian Church, at
Takoma Park, Maryland as contained in the Last Will and
testament of Mrs. Nellie H. C. Taylor, of Montgomery
County, Maryland.

78. To a deed from Lucy Olde Hall to the General Con-
ference Corporation of Seventh-day Adventists, dated Oc-
tober 23,1934 and recorded March 12, 1935 among the Land
Records of Montgomery County, conveying lot 40 in H. L.
Thornton's re-subdivision of Lots 15-20 in Block Lettered
"A" in Gilbert and Woods subdivision of Takoma Park, as
per plat recorded in Plat Book 3, folio 224.

Baltimore, contained in the Last Will and Testament of
Lloyd L. Jackson, Jr., deceased, late of Baltimore City, of
