(b) To the Fahrney Memorial Home for the Aged, a body
corporate, located in Washington County, Maryland, the
sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00)

(c) To the Bethany Bible School, a theological seminary
and training school, incorporated, under the laws of the
State of Illinois, and located at 3435 Van Buren Street, Chi-
cago, Illinois, the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00)

(d) To Juniata College, a body corporate, located at
Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, residue of estate as provided
by said Will.

70. To the bequest contained in the last Will and Testa-
ment of Harvey A. Stone, deceased, probated in the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County, December 3rd, 1934 and of record
in the office of the Register of Wills for said County in Liber
W.F.B. No. 14, folio 324 etc., as follows:

(a) Residue to Western Maryland College, with the re-
quest that, with the income thereof, scholarships be provided
in the Westminster Theological Seminary, as provided by
said Will.

71. To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars to the Trus-
tees of St. Benjamin's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Car-
roll County, Maryland, as provided in the last Will and Tes-
tament of Laura V. Bachman, deceased, probated in the Or-
phans* Court of Carroll County December 10th, 1934, and
of record in the office of the Register of Wills for said Coun-
ty in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio 328 etc.

72. To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to
the Trustees of Emanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, at
Manchester, in Carroll County, Maryland, contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Sarah Graf Bonnett, deceased,
probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County, January
14th, 1935 and of record in the Office of the Register of
Wills for said County in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio 337,
etc.

73. To the bequests contained in the last Will and Testa-
ment of Solomon Myers, deceased, probated in the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County, January 28th, 1935, and of record
in the office of the Register of Wills for said County in Liber
W. F. B. No. 14, folio 340 etc., as follows:

(a) To the Trustees of the Methodist Protestant Church
of Uniontown, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
to be invested as provided by said Will.

(b) To the Trustees of the Methodist Protestant Church
of Uniontown, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
to be invested and the income paid to the Cemetery fund, as
provided by said Will.
