1256 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 590

(c) To the Blue Ridge College, a body corporate, two farm
properties situate in Carroll County, in the State of Mary-
land, as described in said Will;

(d) To the Trustees of Pipe Creek Congregation of the
German Baptist Brethern in Carroll County, Maryland,
house and lot situate in Union Bridge, Carroll County, Mary-
land, as described in said Will;

(e) To the Trustees of Pipe Creek Congregation of the
German Baptist Brethern in Carroll County, Maryland,
shares of capital stock of the Union Bridge Banking and
Trust Company, owned by Testatrix, as provided by said
Will;

(f) To the Trustees of Pipe Creek Congregation of the
German Baptist Brethern in Carroll County, Maryland,
shares of capital stock of the Maryland Collegiate Institute
of Union Bridge, Carroll County, now the said Blue Ridge
College, owned by testatrix, as provided by said Will;

(g) To the Board of the Brethern's Bethany Bible School,
Chicago, Illinois, the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00);

(h) To the Board of General Missions of the Brethern
Church, Elgin, Illinois, the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00);

(i) To Blue Ridge College, residue of estate as provided
by said Will.

58. To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
to the Trustees of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church,
Taneytown, Carroll County, Maryland, contained in the
last Will and Testament of G. Walter Wilt, deceased, pro-
bated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County July 31st,
1933, and of record in the office of the Register of Wills for
Carroll County in Liber W.F.B. No. 14, folio 225 etc.

59. To the bequests contained in the last Will and Testa-
ment of F. Thomas Babylon, deceased, probated in the
Orphans' Court of Carroll County August 7th, 1933, and of
record in the office of the Register of Wills for Carroll
County in Liber W.F.B. No. 14, folio 231 etc., as follows:

(a) To the Strawbridge Home for Boys, Incorporated,
located near Eldersburg, Carroll County, Maryland, the sum
of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)

(b) To the Tressler Orphans' Home of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church of the General Synod in the United States
of America, situate at Loysville, Pennsylvania, the sum of
One Thousand Dollars ($1000).
