known as No. 3 and 5 East Hill Street, Baltimore.

53. To a deed from Harry Feldman and wife to the
Fountain Baptist Church of Baltimore City, Maryland, In-
corporated, conveying the fee simple interest to the lot of
ground known as 1414 East Chase Street, Baltimore.

54. To the bequest of trust income provided in the Last
Will and Testament of George Washington Galt, deceased,
probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County February
27th, 1933, and of record in the office of the Register of
Wills for Carroll County in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio 190
etc., said income being payable to the Trustees of Taney-
town Presbyterian Church, the Trustees of Piney Creek
Presbyterian Church and the Trustees of St. Paul's Mathias
Reformed and Mt. Zion Lutheran Cemetery Company, lo-
cated in Frederick County, Maryland, and commonly known
as Haugh's Church, as provided by said Will.

55. To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars, to the Trus-
tees of Freedom M. E. Church, South, contained in the Last
Will and Testament of James Edward Linton, deceased, pro-
bated in the Orphans Court of Carroll County April 24th,,
1933, and of record in the office of the Register of Wills for
Carroll County in Liber W. F. B, No. 14, folio 195 etc.

56. To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars, to Grace
Reformed Church, of Taneytown, Maryland, contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Louisa E. Nusbaum, deceased,
probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County May 15th,
1933, and of record in the office of the Register of Wills for
Carroll County in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio 203 etc.

57. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and Testa--
ment of Annie R. Stoner, late of Carroll County, deceased,
probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County June 27th,
1933, and of record in the office of the Register of Wills for
Carroll County in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio 215 etc., as
follows :

(a) To the Trustees of the Pipe Creek Congregation of
the German Baptist Brethren in Carroll County, Maryland,
a body corporate, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00)
as provided by said Will;

(b) To the Board of Home Missions of the Brethern Pipe
Creek Church of the Eastern District of Maryland, a body
corporate 20, Twenty Shares of the capital stock of the First
National Bank of New Windsor, Maryland;
