tees of St. Luke's Winters Lutheran Cemetery, contained in
the last Will and Testament of Emma E. Brothers, deceased,
probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County January
9th, 1934, and of record in the office of the Register of Wills
for Carroll County in Liber W.F.B. No. 14, folio 251, etc,

62. To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars, ($100.00)
to the Trustees of St. Benjamin Evangelical Lutheran
Church, (known as Kreider's Lutheran Church) near West-
minster, Carroll County, Maryland, contained in the last
Will and Testament of Daniel B. Shaeffer, deceased, pro-
bated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County March 26th,
1934, and of record in the office of the Register of Wills for
Carroll County in Liber W.F.B. No. 14, folio 266 etc.

63. To the bequests contained in the last Will and Testa-
ment of Katherine S. Noel, deceased, probated in the
Orphans' Court of Carroll County, April 24th, 1934, and of
record in the office of the Register of Wills for Carroll Coun-
ty in Liber W.F.B. No. 14 folio 273 etc., as follows :

(a) To the Trustees of Western Maryland College, West-
minster, Maryland, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars
($200.00)

(b) To Rev. H. L. Elderdice, D. D., to be used for the
Westminster Theological Seminary, Westminster, Mary-

(c) To the Trustees of the Methodist Protestant Church,
