Whitely of Cambridge, Maryland and recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills of Dorchester County in Liber R.
P. S. No. 4, folio 167.

33. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Ella L. Heinlein, late of Frederick Coun-
ty, Maryland deceased, said Will having been probated in
the Orphans' Court of Frederick County on the 17th day of
September, 1934, and recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills in Liber M. F. S. No. 1, folio 418 etc.:

(a) To the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church
Frederick, Maryland, a body corporate, (Calvary Methodist
Episcopal Church, Frederick, Maryland) the sum of Two
Thousand Dollars, ($2,000.00) to be used in paying off the
indebtedness of said Church.

34. To the following bequest contained in the last Will
and Testament of Victoria L. Poole, late of Frederick Coun-
ty, deceased, said Will having been probated in the Orphans'
Court of Frederick County on the 31st day of December
1934, and of record in the office of the Register of Wills of
Frederick County in Wills Liber M. F. S. No. 1, folio 451.
etc., and as contained in Item 3, as follows:

(a) Upon the death of my said son and the payment of
all costs and expenses necessary to his proper maintenance
and support and burial, I hereby give, devise and bequeath,
and I hereby direct that my Executor and Trustee shall pay
unto the Trustees of Calvary Methodist Episcopal Church/
Frederick, Maryland, the sum of One Thousand Five Hun-
dred Dollars ($1,500.00).

35. To the following bequests contained in the Will of
William H. Mort, late of Frederick County, said Will having
been probated August 10th, 1931 and of record in the office
of the Register of Wills for Frederick County in Liber C.
H. B. No. 1, folio 460, viz :

(a) To the bequest to Morris A. Birely of Thurmont,
Maryland, in trust nevertheless, the sum of Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.00) for the purpose of holding the same as
said Trustee and investing the same and re-investing the
same, and paying the net income arising therefrom annual-
ly unto the then present Board of Trustees of "Weller's
Church" of the United Brethren in Christ located in Thur-
mont (formerly Mechanicstown) in Frederick County,
Maryland, and said net income to be used by said Trustees
and their successors for the sole purpose of keeping in good
repair and condition the graveyard and the fencing thereto
