receive interest as aforesaid if living shall go to said body
corporate absolutely free from any trust or encumbrance.
In the event that the said Margaret A. Cassell predeceases
me, then it is my will, and I so direct, that the one-third of
said rest and residue upon which I have directed that she
receive interest as aforesaid if living shall go to said body
corporate free from any trust or encumbrance. In the event
the said Annie Cassell Clarke predeceases me, then it is my
will and I so direct, that the one-third of said rest and residue
upon which I have directed that she receive interest as afore-
said if living shall go to said body corporate absolutely free
from any trust or encumbrance," contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Frank R. Cassell, late of Carroll County,
deceased.

30. To the bequest to the Vestry of the Church of the
Redeemer, corner Charles Street Avenue and Melrose Ave-
nue, the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) to be
invested and kept invested; the interest of said sum to be
added to the Rector's salary and maintenance fund or
used for other Church purposes, as contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Paul H. Miller, late of Baltimore
City, as recorded in office of Register of Wills for Baltimore
City in Liber J. H. B. No. 179, folio 526.

31. To the bequests and devises contained in the Last
Will and Testament and the Codicils annexed thereto of
Jacob S. Dyer, late of Baltimore City, State of Maryland, to
the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Colum-
bia Street Station in the City of Baltimore, the said Will
and Testament and the Codicils annexed thereto being duly
recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Wills Liber H. W. J. No. 159, folio 165 etc.

32. To the bequests to the Trustees of Trinity Methodist
Episcopal Church, South, of Trappe, Talbot County, Mary-
land, and to their successors in the trust, the sum of Two
Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) in trust and confi-
dence, that they, and their successors in the trust, shall hold,
manage, invest and re-invest the same, at their discretion,
and receive and collect the rents, income and profits there-
from and shall annually use and pay over the net rent, in-
come and profits therefrom upon and as a part of his an-
nual salary, to the preacher or minister who, under the dis-
cipline of the Methodist Episcopal Church, South, may from
time to time, and at such times be placed in charge of or
over the congregation worshipping at said church, as con-
tained in the Last Will and Testament of Lillie Amanda
