the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00)

16. To the bequest of the sum of One Hundred Dollars
($100) to Emmanuel Reformed Episcopal Church, Harford
Road and Kentucky Avenue, Baltimore City, as contained
in the last Will and Testament of Katie Baker, deceased,
probated by the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City on Jan-
uary 2, 1935, and recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills for said City in Wills Liber J.H.B. No. 181 folio—

17. To the deed from J. Irving Bealmear and wife to The
Preachers Fund Society of the City of Baltimore dated July
2, 1928 and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S.C.L. No. 4899 folio 309

18. The devise of the remainder of the property on the
southwest side of Prince George Street, Annapolis, Anne
Arundel County, Maryland, known as No. 157 Prince George
Street, under the last Will and Testament of Walter Clark,
late of Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, dated October 20,
1923, and recorded in Liber O.B.D. 4 folio 46, one of the
records of Wills in Anne Arundel County to Calvary Meth-
odist Episcopal Church of Annapolis, Maryland.

19. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and Tes-
tament of Robert G. Galt, deceased, late of Baltimore City,
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for said City,
in Will Liber E.R.D. No. 175, folio 499,

(a) To St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Balti-
more City the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00)

(b) To the Women's Missionary Society of St. Paul's
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, the sum of
One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00)

(c) To John B. Rupley, Pastor of St. Paul's Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, the sum of One Thous-
and Dollars ($1000.00)
