or the proportionate part thereof if all the bonds are not
sold, to be used and expended in the discretion of, and
under the supervision and direction of the Commissioners
composing the "School Building Commission of Cam-
bridge, " for the purpose of enlarging, remodeling, improv-
ing, and equipping the Peach Blossom Elementary School
of Cambridge, Maryland.

(d) Any part thereof, but not exceeding the sum of
Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1500. 00), or the proportionate
part thereof if all the bonds are not sold, to be used and
expended in the discretion of, and under the supervision
and direction of the Commissioners composing the "School
Building Commission of Galestown, " for the purpose of
enlarging, remodeling, improving, and equipping the
Galestown Elementary School of Galestown, Maryland,

And for the above purposes the said Commissions are
respectively clothed with full authority to contract for,
supervise, direct, and control such work in such manner
as in its discretion it may deem to the best public interest
for its respective school or schools, and full power is
hereby given to the respective Commissions to employ and
pay over from such fund all architects, builders, or other
persons, supervisors or agents, as may in the judgment
of the said respective Commissions be and seem advisable,
not exceeding their respective allocations by issuing or-
ders, vouchers, or warrants therefor to the Treasurer of
Dorchester County and against the said funds credited to
the said "Dorchester County School Bonds of 1935" fund.
The said orders, vouchers, or warrants are to be issued,
authorized and adopted by said Commissioners for their
respective schools, said orders, vouchers, or warrants spe-
cifying to whom and for what purpose the sum author-
ized therein is paid, said orders, vouchers or warrants to be
signed by the Chairmen and Secretaries of the respective
Commissions for which said order, voucher or warrant is
issued, and counter-signed by the Clerk of The Commis-
sioners of Dorchester County.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That the said re-
spective Commissions may make contracts for the enlarg-
ing, remodeling, improving, and equipping of the East
New Market High School, the Academy School of Cam-
bridge, Maryland, the Peach Blossom Elementary School
of Cambridge, Maryland, and the Galestown Elementary
School of Galestown, Maryland, for which its Commission
is acting, provided that all such plans and contracts shall
have the approval of the Board of Education of Dorches-
