ping the Academy School of Cambridge, Maryland, and
the Peach Blossom Elementary School of Cambridge, Mary-
land; and that the first five named shall be known as the
"School Building Commission of East New Market, " that
the next three named shall be known as the "School Build-
ing Commission of Galestown, " and that the last five
named shall be known as the "School Building Commission
of Cambridge, " and they shall hold office from the date of
the passage of this Act until the completion of the work
authorized herein. The Commissions hereby created shall
organize within sixty (60) days after the passage of this
Act, by electing one of their number as Chairman and
another of their number as Secretary, for their respective
Commissions, and all of said Commissioners shall serve
without pay, but shall have authority to issue orders,
vouchers, or warrants, as hereinafter provided, for the
necessary incidental expenses. The Commissioners shall
have the power and authority to fill all vacancies in their
respective Commissions caused by removal, resignation,
or any other cause.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That after the pay-
ment of the expenses provided for in Section 5 of this
Act, the money arising from the sale of said bonds shall
be paid over to the Treasurer of Dorchester County and
credited and deposited by him in a special account to be
known as the "Dorchester County School Bonds of 1935"
fund, for the following purposes:

(a) Any part thereof, but not exceeding the sum of
Twenty-nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($29, 500. 00),
or the proportionate part thereof if all the bonds are not
sold, to be used and expended in the discretion of, and
under the supervision and direction of the Commissioners
composing the "School Building Commission of East New
Market, " for the purpose of enlarging, remodeling, im-
proving, and equipping the East New Market High School.

(b) Any part thereof, but not exceeding the sum of
Twenty-nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($29, 500. 00),
or the proportionate part thereof if all the bonds are not
sold, to be used and expended in the discretion of, and
under the supervision and direction of the Commissioners
composing the "School Building Commission of Cam-
bridge, " for the purpose of enlarging, remodeling, improv-
ing, and equipping the Academy School of Cambridge,
Maryland.

(c) And part thereof, but not exceeding the sum of
Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($14, 500. 00),
