SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 44 of Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Elections, " sub-
title "Intermediate Registration, " be and it is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
44. The Board of Supervisors of Elections in the va-
rious counties shall, immediately upon the return of said
registers, cause a suitable number of copies of the alpha-
betical list of names registered or erased in each precinct
to be printed and written three days after such return of
the list, and cause copies thereof to be posted and to be
given to the Judges and Clerks, and to be sold, as before
provided in case of general registration. The provisions of
this section shall not apply to Baltimore City, or Montgom-
ery County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted9 That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
956-A, 956-B, 957-B, 959-J, 963-F and 965-A, of Article
16 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Montgomery County, " sub-title "Takoma Park, "
as amended, and Sections 949-A, 949-B, 950-B, 953-J,
956-F and 958-A of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's
County, " sub-title "Takoma Park, " as amended, and to
add new sub-sections to the said Article 16 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Montgomery County, " sub-title "Takoma Park, " to be
known and designated as sub-sections 959-K, 959-L,
961-D and 961-E; and to add new sub-sections to the said
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's County, " sub-
title "Takoma Park, " to be known as sub-sections 952-K,
952-L, 954-D and 954-E, the object of this Act being to
repeal and re-enact with amendments the said Sections
and/or sub-sections of the Charter of the Town of Ta-
koma Park, Maryland, situated partly in Montgomery
County and partly in Prince George's County as con-
tained in the said sub-title as amended above mentioned;
