all of the outstanding bonds, notes, certificates of indebt-
edness or other obligations, heretofore issued and sold by
the County Commissioners of Montgomery County or by
the Board of County Commissioners of Montgomery
County pursuant to the authority contained in any of the
several laws or parts of laws and Acts or parts of Acts
herein referred to; and to declare such bonds, notes, cer-
tificates of indebtedness or other obligations to be pay-
able in the manner prescribed in said laws or parts of
laws, Acts or parts of Acts or by a general tax levy upon
all of the assessable property within the limits of said
county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 2 of Chapter 544 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1933 be and the same is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Sections 236,
237 and 238 of Article 16 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title, "Montgomery
County, " sub-title "Temporary Loans, " as said sections
were enacted by Chapter 318 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland of 1927; and also that
Chapter 318 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of 1927, entitled "An Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Montgomery County to borrow upon the
faith and credit of the county in the sum not to exceed Two
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200, 000. 00) in certain contin-
gencies"; and also that Chapter 192 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1931, repealing and re-
enacting with amendments said Chapter 318 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1927; and also that
Chapter 231 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of 1933 purporting to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments said Section 237 of Article 16 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), be and the same
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That Sections 629,
630, 631, 632, 633, 634, 635, 636, 637, 638, 639, 640, 641
and 642 of Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title, "Montgomery County, "
sub-title, "Montgomery County Suburban District, " as said
sections were enacted by Chapter 692 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1927; and also that
Chapter 356 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
