one of said squares, whether he wishes to vote for or
against said bond issue; and the said President and Com-
missioners of Princess Anne shall give at least two weeks'
notice by publication in one or more newspapers published
in said town of Princess Anne, of the time and place of said
election, and if a majority of the voters cast at said election
be in favor of said bond issue then the said President and
Commissioners of Princess Anne shall proceed with the
sale and issue of said bonds as herein before provided; and
except as herein provided said election shall be conducted
and the vote cast and counted and return thereof made in
all respects as provided for the election of Town Commis-
sioner in the said town of Princess Anne, by the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1931, Chapter 445.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 67.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 316 and 317 of Article 20 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion) title "Somerset County, " sub-title "Princess
Anne, " and to enact in lieu thereof eleven new sections to
be known as Sections 316, 317, 317A, 317B, 317C, 317D,
317E,. 317F, 317G, 317H and 3171, and to follow imme-
diately after Section 315 of said Article, providing for
the assessment of property in the Town of Princess Anne
and the levy and collection of taxes thereon by the
President and Commissioners of Princess Anne, and for
the sale of property of taxpayers for taxes over due and
in default.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 316 and 317 of Article 20 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Somerset County, " sub-title "Princess Anne, " be and
the same are hereby repealed and that eleven new sections
be enacted in lieu thereof to be known as sections 316, 317,
317A, 317B, 317C, 317D, 317E, 317F, 317G, 317H and 3171,
and to follow immediately after Section 315 of Article 20,
and to read as follows:
