lic auction at the Court House door in Princess Anne, to
the highest bidder, for cash, after notice by advertisement
in all the newspapers of said town, once a week for four
successive weeks prior to the date of sale, but said Presi-
dent and Commissioners shall have the right to reject any
bid at said sale less than the par value of said bonds, and
thereafter readvertise said bonds for sale or sell said bonds
at private sale for not less than the par value thereof; and
the proceeds arising from the sale of said bonds shall be
used for and applied to the payment and liquidation of all
debts evidenced by promissory notes heretofore executed by
the President and Commissioners of Princess Anne, to-
gether with interest due thereon, by judgments entered
against said President and Commissioners of Princess
Anne, together with interest and costs thereon, and by open
accounts over due and owing by said President and Com-
missioners of Princess Anne, as of the first day of Novem-
ber, nineteen hundred and thirty-three and the balance of
the proceeds from the sale of said bonds, if any, shall be
set apart and applied to the redemption of the bonded in-
debtedness heretofore issued by the President and Com-
missioners of Princess Anne, when and as such bonded in-
debtedness shall become redeemable.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That a supplemental
registration of the voters of Princess Anne be held on the
first Monday in February, nineteen hundred and thirty-
four, under the same terms and conditions and in the same
manner as a general registration, in so far as the same
can be complied with and the persons registered hereunder
participate in the election provided for by this bill.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That before the
President and Commissioners of Princess Anne shall sell or
issue any of the aforesaid bonds they shall first submit to
the registered voters of the town of Princess Anne, at a
special election to be held on the first Tuesday in February
in the year 1934, the question as to whether said bonds shall
be issued and sold and at said election only registered vot-
ers of said town of Princess Anne, shall be entitled to vote
and said voters shall determine at said election, by ballot,
whether said bonds shall be issued as aforesaid and the
said President and Commissioners of Princess Anne shall
prepare ballots for said election, having printed thereon
the words "For refunding bond issue" and "Against re-
funding bond issue, " with a square after said words in each
case so that the voter may determine by a cross mark in
