CHAPTER 36.

AN ACT to add a new Section to Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland entitled "Harford Coun-
ty", sub-titled "Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks", to fol-
low Section 415 of said Article 13 and to be known as
Section 415A; said new Section repealing the provisions
of Sections 379, 414 and 415 of this Article insofar as
the same might apply to the sale of, beer, wine and liquor
or other alcoholic beverages on passenger trains while
said trains are in transit through Harford County, and
making this Act an emergency measure, the same shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new Section be added to Article 13 of
the Public Local Laws of Maryland entitled "Harford Coun-
ty", sub-title "Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks", to be
known as Section 415A and to read as follows:

415A. Nothing contained in the provisions of Sections
379, 414 and 415 of this Article or any other sections there-
of shall apply to or affect Class F licenses issued under
Article 2-B of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land as enacted at the Special session of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1933, with respect to sales of beer,
wine and liquor or other alcoholic beverages on passenger
trains, while said trains are in transit through this county.

SEC, 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety,
and having been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported
by three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the
two houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendment Section
620 of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws (1930
Edition), title "Allegany County, " subtitle "Teachers-
Salaries, " as said section was amended by Chapter 132
