Comptroller, for the use of the State, before any such
license is issued. No holder of any such license shall be
permitted to make any sale thereunder while the licensed
vessel is made fast to any wharf or pier in any county
where such sales are prohibited by local law.

BEER LICENSE, CLASS F. (ON SALE)—RAIL-
ROADS. Such a license shall be issued by the Comptroller
and shall authorize the owner or operator of any steam or
electric railway or club, parlor, buffet, observation, sleep-
ing or dining cars upon the lines of any steam or electric
railway in this State, to keep for sale and to sell beer upon
any of such cars, for consumption upon such cars. Every
such license shall be good throughout the State. The annual
fee for such license shall be Fifty Dollars ($50. 00) and
shall be payable to the Comptroller for the use of the State,
before any such license is issued.

(4) BEER AND LIGHT WINE LICENSES

BEER AND LIGHT WINE LICENSE. CLASS A.
(OFF SALE). Such a license shall be issued by the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of the County in which the place of
business is located, or by the Clerk of the Court of Common
Pleas of Baltimore City, if the place of business is located
in said City. Such license shall authorize the holder thereof
to keep for sale, and to sell beer and light wines at whole-
sale or retail, in any quantity to any retail dealer or
consumers, at the place therein described, and to deliver
the same in a sealed package or container, which package
or container shall not be opened nor its contents consumed
on the premises where sold. The annual fee for such a
license shall be Thirty-five Dollars ($35. 00), and shall be
payable to said clerk, before any such license is issued, for
distribution as hereinafter provided.

This Section shall not apply to Allegany, Anne Arundel,
Calvert, Caroline, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford,
Howard, Kent, Queen Anne's, St. Mary's, Somerset and
Talbot counties.

The hours during which the privileges conferred by such
a license may be exercised shall be from 6 A. M. to 12
o'clock midnight on every day except Sunday and the day
of any general, special or primary election.

BEER AND LIGHT WINE LICENSE. CLASS B, (ON
SALE) HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS. Such a license
shall be issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the
County in which the place of business is located, or by the
