veyed to the State of Maryland by H. Clifton Byrd and
Kate D. Byrd, his wife, in August, 1929.

running (1) with the north line of Hollywood tract (Liber

of the right-of-way of the Washington and Baltimore
Boulevard; (2) thence with East edge of said right-of-way
N. 13°26'35" E., 20. 6' to an iron pipe monument; (3)
thence N. 89°14'54" E., 4165. 2' to intersect course No. 10
of parcel No. 4; (4) thence with course No. 10 of parcel
No. 4 S. 0°48'02" E., 20. 0' to the point of beginning, be-
ing part of the land described in Liber 303, Folio 61. This
tract was conveyed to the State of Maryland by H. Clifton
Byrd and Kate D. Byrd, his wife, in August, 1929.
