North line of Murphy S. 85°24'32" E., 609. 1' to an old stone
monument set at the Northeast corner of the Murphy tract
(being the S. 81°00' E., 613. 1' line, Liber 376, Folio 3);

(9) thence S. 8°26'32" W., 696. 9' to an old stone at the
roots of a cedar tree (being part of the S. 13°00/ E., 600. 4'
line of Liber J. W. B. 18, Folio 283 and also part of the S.
13°l/8 W., 78 perches line of Liber J. W. B. 15, Folio 424);

(10) thence S. 0°48'02" E., 1351. 9' to an old stone monu-
ment set at the Southeast corner of the Edgewood Road
right-of-way, being also the point of beginning of the orig-
inal tract of Hollywood Subdivision (Liber 15, Folio 671);

(11) thence with the first line of Hollywood (Liber 15,
Folio 671) S. 55°20W E., 1248. 5' passing over 2 concrete
monuments and the right-of-way of the Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad to a concrete monument set in the East
edge of said right-of-way as defined in the description of
W. P. Magruder (Liber 123, Folio 127); (12) thence with
the line of Magruder N. 27°59'54" E., 26. 8' to a concrete
monument; (13) thence continuing with Magruder S.
55°20'06" E., 891. 8' to a concrete monument (being the S.
49°48' E., 892. 1' line of Liber 123, Folio 127); (14)
thence continuing with the lines of Magruder N. 64°07'54"
E., 264. 9'; (15) S. 73°46'06" E., 498. 6'; (16) N. 60°21'54"
E., 664. 5'; (17) N. 19°47'06" W., 1130. 2'; (18) N.; 11°44'06"
W., 113. 1' (being part of the N. 6°12' W., 1147. 0' line of
Liber 123, Folio 127. This line was found among the rec-
ords of Mr. E. L. Latimer, County Surveyor, in July,
1928); (19) thence leaving the Magruder line and running
with the South line of Toombs (Liber J. W. B. 1, Folio 488)
N. 64°44'27" W., 2415, 7' to a stone said to be planted in 1803
by Benjamin and Nathan Prather (Liber 303, Folio 61;
Liber J. W. B. 15, Folio 424; Liber J. W. B. 1, Folio 488)
passing over the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad right-of-
way and three concrete monuments on the line; (20)
thence with Toombs N. 3°35'54" E., 338. 1' to a concrete
