on true bearings (1) with the East edge of said right-of-
way N. 20°05'34" W., 454. 9' to a concrete monument; (2)
thence S. 64°36'11" E., 830. 6' to an original stone with a
cross-cut in it (being part of the N. 59°56' W., 1400. 6' line
of Liber J. W. B. 18, Folio 283); (3) thence S. 6°29'33" W.,
478. 8' to an original gray stone monument set in the North
edge of Sunnyside Road (being the N. 10°53' E., 478. 8' line
of Liber J. W. B. 18, Folio 283); (4) thence with the North
edge of Sunnyside Road N. 64°35'02" W., 578. 0 to an iron
pipe marking a corner of the land described in Liber 245,
Folio 180; (5) thence leaving Sunnyside Road, to pass
around land described in Liber 245, Folio 180, and run-
ning N. 20°05'34" E., 210. 0' to a cedar stake; (6) thence
N. 69°54'26" W., 155. 0' to a cedar stake;, (7) thence S.
20°05'34" W., 195. 7' to the north edge of Sunnyside Road;
(8) thence with said North edge of Sunnyside Road N.
64°35'02" W., 210. 0' to the point of beginning containing
8. 51 acres more or less and being part of that land de-

East edge of said right-of-way by a curve, to the left, the

concrete monument set at the intersection of the East Edge
of said right-of-way with one of the Northern lines of

said line of Breaden N. 74°16'25" E., 348. 7' to a concrete
