J. W. B. 18, Folio 283. This tract was conveyed to the State
of Maryland by H. Clifton Byrd and Kate D. Byrd, his
wife, in August, 1929.

Parcel 2. BEGINNING at a point, in the West edge
of the right-of-way of the Washington Railway and Elec-
tric Company, which point is S. 20°05'34" W., 15' from
the end of the second course of Parcel No. 1 and running
thence, on true bearings (1) with the South edge of the
right-of-way of Almira B. Mulloy (Liber J. W. B. 16, folio
28) N. 69°32'17" W., 1098. 4' to a concrete monument set
in the East edge of the right-of-way of the Washington-
Baltimore Boulevard (being part of the N. 63°50' W.,
1186. 43' line of Liber 325, Folio 469); (2) thence with
said East Edge of the right-of-way of the Washington-
Baltimore Boulevard S. 48°36'34" W., 106. 0' to a concrete
monument; (3) thence continuing with said East edge of
the right-of-way of the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard
in a curve to the left, the long chord of which is S. 39°03'09"
W., 1009. 3' to a concrete monument; (4) thence continu-
ing with said East edge of the right-of-way of the Wash-
ington-Baltimore Boulevard S. 29°31'24" W., 306. 2' to a
large concrete fence post set in the North line of J. J. Wil-
liams (Description in Liber 231, folio 7); (5) thence with
the North line of said Williams S. 73°24'23" W., 790. 4
to an iron pipe beside a large concrete fence post (being
part of the N. 66°58' W., 827. 8' line Liber 231, Folio 7);

(6) thence with the east line of said Williams S. 16°35'37"
W., 510. 0' to an iron pipe beside a large concrete fence post
(being the N. 23°02' E., 510. 0' line Liber 231, Folio 7);

(7) thence S. 73°24'23" E., 712. 7' to a large wood fence
post set in the West edge of a right-of-way of Richard
Breaden Liber 243, folio 492 (this line being part of the
S. 66°58' E., 1630' line of Liber 325, Folio 4159); (8) thence
with the West edge of the Breaden right-of-way N.
17°34'37" E., 493. 62' to a large wood fence post (being the
N. 24°01' E., 493. 62' line of Liber 325, Folio 469); (9)
thence continuing with the West edge of the Breaden right-
of-way N. 35°14'37" E., 160. 9' to intersect the curve of the
West Edge of the right-of-way of the Washington Railway
and Electric Company (Columbia and Maryland Railway,
Liber J. W. B. 42, Folio 53, etc. ); (10) thence with the curve
to the right of the West edge of said right-of-way the long
chord of which curve is N. 18°12'46" E., 760. 3'; (11)
thence continuing with the West edge of said right-of-way
N. 20°05'34" E., 351. 3' to the point of beginning and con-
taining 48. 81 acres more or less, and being part of that
