in the East edge of the right-of-way of the Washington-
Baltimore Boulevard (being part of the N. 63°50' W.,
1186. 43' line of Liber 325, Folio 469); (2) thence with
said East Edge of the right-of-way of the Washington-
Baltimore Boulevard S. 48°36'34" W., 106. 0' to a concrete
monument; (3) thence continuing with said East edge of
the right-of-way of the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard
in a curve to the left, the long chord of which is S. 39°03'09"
W., 1009. 3' to a concrete monument; (4) thence continu-
ing with said East edge of the right-of-way of the Wash-
ington-Baltimore Boulevard S. 29°31'24" W., 306. 2' to a
large concrete fence post set in the North line of J. J. Wil-

to an iron pipe beside a large concrete fence post (being

N. 24°01' E., 493. 62' line of Liber 325, Folio 469); (9)
thence continuing with the West edge of the Breaden right-
of-way N. 35°14'37" E., 160. 9' to intersect the curve of the
West Edge of the right-of-way of the Washington Railway
and Electric Company (Columbia and Maryland Railway,
Liber J. W. B. 42, Folio 53, etc. ); (10) thence with the curve
to the right of the West edge of said right-of-way the long
chord of which curve is N. 18°12'46" E., 760. 3'; (11)
thence continuing with the West edge of said right-of-way
