CHAPTER 63.

AN ACT authorizing and directing the Department of
Maryland State Police to pay a pension to the widow of
Wilbert V. Hunter, a former member of the State Police.

CHAPTER 64.

AN ACT to authorize the Governor of the State of Mary-
land, acting for and on behalf of the State of Maryland,
to cede to the United States of America, five tracts of
land in Prince George's County, Maryland, belonging to
the State of Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Governor of the State of Maryland,
upon application of an authorized agent of the United
States of America setting forth a description by metes and
bounds of the lands required, is authorized and empow-
ered for and on behalf of the State of Maryland to grant
and convey to the United States of America all those tracts
of land lying in Prince George's County, and more particu-
larly described as follows:

Parcel No. 1. BEGINNING, at a concrete monument
set at the intersection of the East edge of the right-of-way
of Washington-Baltimore Boulevard and the South edge
of the Sunnyside Road; running thence, by true bearings,
(1) with the South edge of Sunnyside Road S 64°35'02"
E., 727. 9' to a concrete monument set in the West edge of
the right-of-way of the Washington Railway and Electric
Company (Columbia and Maryland Railway, Liber J. W. B.
42, Folio 53, etc. ); (2) thence with said West edge of
right-of-way S 20°05'34" W., 618. 5' to the North edge of a
15' right-of-way in Almira B. Mulloy (Liber J. W. B. 16,
Folio 28); (3) thence with the North edge of said Mulloy
right-of-way N 69°32'17" W., 1090. 3'; to the East edge of
the right-of-way of the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard
(being part of the S 64°55' E., 1390. 0' line of Liber J. W. B.
18, Folio 283); thence with said East edge of right-of-way
of Washington-Baltimore Boulevard N. 48°36'34" E. 772. 8'
to the point of beginning and containing 13. 62 acres more
or less and being part of that land described in Liber
