to Baltimore County to do so, and the said County Commis-
sioners are hereby authorized to pay for such improvement out
of the General Road and Bridge Fund of Baltimore County,
or out of any other funds available for road purposes.

CHAPTER 24.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 513
of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Baltimore County, " sub-title "Roads and Streets. "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 513 of Article 3 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore County, " sub-title
"Roads and Streets, " be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments, so as to read as follows:
513. The County Commissioners of Baltimore County
shall have full power to agree and contract with owners of land
or materials, the use of which may be required in connection
with the opening of any new road, the construction or repair
of any bridge, the relocating, straightening or widening of any
road, the proper drainage of the roads of the county or in con-
nection with any other of its duties under this Act, and if they
be unable for any reason to agree with the owners of any such
land or materials, the use of which is required for any such
purposes, said County Commissioners of Baltimore County may
proceed to condemn the same under the provisions of the law
relative to condemnations by corporations, municipal or other-
wise, as fully as though they were the corporation named in
the several sections of said laws.

CHAPTER 25.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 52 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, 1920, entitled "An Act to create a
Street Planning Commission for Baltimore County to fix the
powers, duties and compensation thereof. "
