394 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 218

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the General As-
sembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given
and granted to the sale, grant and deed of one certain lot or
parcel of ground and improvements thereon, in the City of
Baltimore to The Trustees of the Baltimore City Missionary
and Church Extension Society of the Methodist Episcopal
Church, a body corporate, duly incorporated under the Laws
of the State of Maryland, by James D. Cotter by his deed dated
the twenty-eighth day of September, 1907, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No, 2371,
folio 412, and which said lot is located at the southwest corner
of Saint Paul Street as recently widened to a width of one
hundred and eight (108) feet where it intersects the south
side of Thirty-third Street as said Thirty-third Street is
now laid out on the topographical map of Baltimore City and
which said lot is described as follows in the deed aforesaid:

Beginning for the same at the corner formed by the inter-
section of the south side of Thirty-third Street as said Thirty-
third Street is now laid out on the topographical map of the
City of Baltimore, with the west side of Saint Paul Street as
recently widened to a width of one hundred and eight (108)
feet; and running thence southerly on the west side of Saint
Paul Street as widened as aforesaid one hundred (100) feet;
thence westerly and parallel with Thirty-third Street one hun-
dred sixty-three (163) feet three (3) inches more or less to the
east side of an alley twenty (20) feet wide to be laid out as
a northerly extension of Lovegrove Alley; thence northerly
binding on the east side of Lovegrove Alley as extended which
said Lovegrove Alley is hereby dedicated to public use one
hundred (100) feet to the south side of the said Thirty-
third Street and running thence easterly on the south side of
Thirty-third Street which said Thirty-third Street is also
dedicated to public use, one hundred sixty-three (163) feet
three (3 ) inches to the place of beginning.

Being the same lot or parcel of ground described in a deed
dated September 28th, 1907, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore 'City in Liber R. O. No. 2371, folio 412,
from James D. Cotter to The Baltimore City Missionary and
Church Extension Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church.

To the end that the fee simple title in and to the above-
described lot shall vest absolutely in the said The Baltimore

City Missionary and Church Extension Society of the Metho-
