dist Episcopal Church, its successors and assigns to its own use
and behoof.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety, and the
same being passed upon a yea and nay vote, supported by three-
fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses

of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect from the
date of its passage.

CHAPTER 219.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 469
of Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Har-
ford County, " sub-title "Taxes and County Treasurer, " as
the same was repealed and re-enacted with amendments by
the Acts of 1922, Chapter 115, and to add a new section to
said article to be known as Section 469-A and to follow im-
mediately after Section 469 directing the County Treasurer
of Harford County to deposit County funds in two classes
of accounts; one a check account for current expenses and
the other1 a daily balance interest bearing check account both
to be carried in approved Banks or Trust Companies and
prescribing the limit of any account to be carried in any
Bank or Trust Company.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 469 of Article 13 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Harford County", subtitle "Taxes and County
Treasurer'' as the same was repealed and reenacted with amend-
ments by the Acts of 1922 chapter 115 and it is hereby re-
pealed and reenacted with amendments and that one new sec-
tion to be known as section 469A be and it is hereby added to
said Article, said new section to follow immediately after sec-
tion 469 of said Article all of said sections to read as follows:

SEC. 469. On the first day of each month the Treasurer shall
make a report to the County Commissioners of the receipts and
disbursements of his office for the preceding month showing
the source of such receipts and the respective accounts for
