SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts of
laws, general or local, inconsistent with the provisions of this
act are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency
and all processes heretofore issued or hereafter issued which
might be returnable to the first Monday of September shall be,
considered returnable to the third Monday of September.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect on June 1st, 1927.

CHAPTER 217.
AN ACT to repeal Section 37-A of Chapter 682, of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Jan-
uary Session of 1908, and to. re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 37A of Chapter 682, of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland passed at the January Session 1908,
be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with Amend-
ments so as to read as follows:
37A. In addition to the first day of each term of the Cir-
cuit Court for said County, the first Monday in February, the
second Monday in April, the third Monday in July and the
first Monday in November of each year shall be return days for
the return of processes in civil cases.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1927.

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland, to the sale, grant and conveyance
to The Baltimore City Missionary and Church Extension
Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church, a body corporate,
by James D. Cotter of the following certain lots or parcels of
ground situate in the City of Baltimore, State of Maryland.
