individuals as sureties upon said bonds, to be approved by the
County Commissioners of said county, with the condition that
if the above bounden.......... shall well and faithfully exe-
cute his office, and shall account for and pay to the said County
Commissioners the several sums of money received by him for
or on account of taxes placed in his hands for collection, or for
which he may be answerable, when and at the times required by
law, then this obligation to be void, else to be and remain in
full force and virtue in law; and such Collector shall also
give a separate bond to the State of Maryland in a penalty
of Fifty Thousand ($50, 000) Dollars, with a corporate surety
to be approved by the Governor, with the condition that if the
above bounded..... shall well and faithfully execute his
office, and shall account for to the Comptroller and pay to
the Treasurer of the State, the several sums of money which
he shall receive for the State,, or be answerable for by law,
at such times as the law shall direct, then the said obliga-
tion to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on the first day of June, 1927.

CHAPTER 205.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 91 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, Edition 1924, title "Surveyor and State
Survey, " sub-title "Public Roads, " to be known as Section
27-A and to follow immediately after Section 27, giving the
State Roads Commission authority, with the consent of the
Board of Public Works, to dispose of land and bridges ac-
quired by purchase, condemnation or otherwise, in connec-
tion with the improvement of the State's system of roads
and highways.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added
to Article 91 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, Edition of
1924, title "Surveyor -and State Survey", sub-title, "Public
Roads", said section to be known as Section 27-A, to follow
immediately after Section 27 and to read as follows:

27-A. Whenever the State Roads Commission shall deter-
mine that any land or bridge, acquired by purchase, condem-
