section of the said Edmonston Road with the Branchville
Road, and shall as soon as is practicable after said survey is
completed, advertise and let a contract in the manner and
under such terms and provisions as govern contracts for the
construction of state roads, for the construction of a concrete
road along the approximate line of the said Edmonston Road
from said point in East Riverdale where the concrete surface
of said Edmonston Road now ends, as constructed under the
provisions of Chapter 171 of the Maryland Laws of 1924, to
the said Branchville Road or as far as the funds available
will permit, the said concrete road provided for by this Act
to be of the same width as the concrete surface on that part
of said Edmonston Road from which construction under this
Act commences; it being the intent of this Act to continue
the concrete surface of the said Edmonston Road from where
it now ends in said East Riverdale to the said Branchville
Road the same width as the said present existing concrete
surface.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose
of paying the interest on said bonds and for redeeming the
same as they mature the said County Commissioners shall,
for the year 1927 and annually thereafter until all of said
bonds issued under the authority of this Act shall mature
and be redeemed, levy and collect a tax upon all the real
estate within the area hereinafter set forth assessed for State
and County taxes sufficient to pay the annual interest on said
bonds outstanding and redeem the same as they mature, said
tax to be levied and collected at the time and in the manner
other County taxes are levied and collected, and which said
taxes collected under the authority of this Act shall be kept
separate by said County Commissioners and designated as the
"Edmonston Road Loan of 1927. " All of the real estate
assessed for State and County taxes contained within the
following metes and bounds shall be assessed and taxed for
the payment of interest on and the redemption of the bonds
authorized by this Act as above provided, to wit:

Beginning for the same at a point on the East side of the
Baltimore and Ohio Railroad where Paint Branch passes
under the said railroad and running northerly with the said
East side of said railroad to the Branchville Road; thence
along the said Branchville Road in an Easterly direction to
a point just East of the bridge where the Scaggs and Gov-
ernor Reed boundary line intersects said road; thence North-
