(a) To the sale, grant and conveyance of a certain lot of
ground at or near the northwest corner of Charles Street and
Fort Avenue, and known as 1406 S. Charles Street, in the City
of Baltimore, fronting on the west side of Charles Street,
twelve feet, and extending with an even width, or nearly so,
for an average depth of seventy feet to the east side of an alley
four feet wide, binding on the east side of said alley, with the
use thereof in common with others, with the improvements
thereon and all appurtenances thereunto belonging, subject to
an annual rent of $45. 00, made by Marie Wong, widow of Kim
Sing Wong, of the City of Baltimore, to Samuel A. Troxell,
President of the Board of Trustees of Grace Reformed Church
of Baltimore City, and for the use and benefit of said church,
by deed dated the 14th day of July, 1924, and recorded in
Liber S. C. L. No. 4229, folio 149, &c., one of the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City, State of Maryland.

(b) To the sale, grant and conveyance of four lots of ground
at or near the northwest corner of Charles Street and Fort
Avenue, and known as 1408-1416 S. Charles Street, with the
improvements thereon and all appurtenances thereunto belong-
ing, each lot subject to a ground rent of $45. 00, made by Mary
K. Galvin to Samuel A. Troxell, President of the Board of
Trustees of Grace Reformed Church of Baltimore City, and for

the use and benefit of said church, by deed dated the 14th day
of July, 1924, and recorded in Liber S. C. L. No. 4229, folio
151, &c., one of the Land Records of Baltimore City, State
of Maryland.

(c) To the sale, grant and conveyance of a certain lot of
ground at or near the northwest corner of Charles Street and
Fort Avenue, and known as 1418 S. Charles Street, with the
improvements thereon and all appurtenances thereunto belong-
ing, subject to a ground rent of $45. 00, made by John P. Galvin
to Samuel A. Troxell, President of the Board of Trustees of
Grace Reformed Church of Baltimore City, and for the use and
benefit of said church, by deed dated the 14th day of July,
1924, and recorded in Liber S. C. L. No. 4229, folio 150, &c.,
one of the Land Records of Baltimore City, State of Mary-
land.

(d) To the sale, grant and conveyance of a certain lot of
ground at or near the northwest corner of Charles Street and
Fort Avenue, and known as 1404 S. Charles Street, with the
improvements thereon and all appurtenances thereunto belong-
