188 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 130

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added to
Article 41 of the Code of General Laws of Maryland, entitled
"Governor—Executive and Administrative Departments" the
same to follow immediately after Section 108 of said Article,
to be known as Section 108-A and to read as follows:

108-A. On June 1st, 1927, all the rights, assets, appropriations,
powers, duties, obligations and functions of the Commission
known as the Eastern Shore Tuberculosis Sanatorium Com-
mission, as the same are set forth in Chapter 650 of the Acts
of 1912, and Chapter 326 of the Acts of 1922 or any other pro-
vision of law, shall be transferred to and thereafter be exercised
and performed by the Maryland Tuberculosis Sanatorium
created by Chapter 308 of the Acts of 1906 as the lawful
successor to said Eastern Shore Tuberculosis Sanatorium Com-
mission to the same extent and effect as if the said Maryland
Tuberculosis Sanatorium created by Chapter 308 of the Acts
of 1906 had been named in the provisions of said Acts or other
provisions of law, as the body upon whom the said rights,
assets, appropriations, powers, duties, obligations and func-
tions were conferred. Thereupon the terms of office of the
members of the said Commission known as the Eastern Shore
Tuberculosis Sanatorium] Commission shall cease and be at an
end, and the said Commission shall be and stand abolished.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from and after June 1st, 1927.

CHAPTER 130.

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the sale and conveyance of certain
lots of ground to Samuel A. Troxell and the Board of Trus-
tees of Grace Reformed Church of Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the General As-
sembly of Maryland be and the same are hereby declared, given
and granted to the sale and conveyance to Samuel A. Troxell
and the Board of Trustees of Grace Reformed Church of Balti-
more City of the following parcels or lots of ground:
