from the same, Southerly for a distance of about 6600 feet
to the center of the bed of an intermittent stream known as
Cabin Branch; thence with the said stream bed Westerly
200 feet to the center of the aforementioned State Road; thence
continuing with the said Cabin Branch Westerly for a dis-
tance of about 3350 feet to the center of the right of way of
the North Shore Branch of the W. B. &. A. Electric Rail-
road; thence Westerly for a distance of about 1270 feet to
the intersection of the State Road leading to Camp Meade
with the center line of the New Cut County Road leading to-
ward Blacks School; thence with the center line of the said
New Cut Road Northwesterly for a distance of about 4900
feet to the boundary line between the properties of R. L.
Shipley and Andrew Walinski; thence leaving said road and
binding on the said property line Northerly to the South-
westmost corner of the property of the Shipley Heights De-
velopment Company; thence with the outlines of the said prop-

669.12 feet to a stone, the said stone being also a boundary-of
Linthicum Heights thence with the outlines of the Linthicum
Heights Annex; N. 74° 15' E. 160.7 feet to a stone at the;
Southwest corner of Kingston Heights; thence with the same,
as shown on a Plat of subdivision Northerly 1364.5 feet East-
erly 1710 feet more or less to the center of the Hammonds
Perry Road; thence with the center line of the said Hain-
monds Ferry Road N. 19°-10' W. 74 feet more or less to in-
tersect the center line of the Twin Oaks Road; thence continuing;
Northerly with the center line of the said Hammonds Ferry
Road to the Patapsco River and the boundary line between Anne
Arundel and Baltimore Counties; thence with the same east-
erly to the beginning containing 3.28 square miles more or less.

Beginning for the second description in the center of the-
bridge spanning Marley Creek on the State Road leading from
Glen Burnie to Annapolis; thence following the center line of
the said Marley Creek, Southwesterly to the West line of the:
right of way W. B. & A. Electric Railway Company; thence;

to intersect the center line of Aquehart Road produced South-
easterly, thence with the said line produced, reversely in a
Northwesterly direction to and along the center line of the said

with the outlines of the said S. 29° 45' W. 250 feet more or less,
thence S. 71° 59' W. 140 feet N. 17° 00' W. 742.5 feet, thence
