if practicable, and if the necessary rights of way can be law-
fully secured, two public roads in said County less than thirty
feet wide, as follows:

FIRST ROAD.

A road twenty-five feet wide located in the Fifth Election
District of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, as laid down on
a plat of Ferndale Farms, said plat being filed in Liber G. W.
No 1, Section No. 1, folio 63, of the Land Records of Anne
Arundel County, Maryland; said road being named Ferndale
Road on said plat, and being about 2930 feet in length.

SECOND ROAD.

A road, which shall be not less than twenty-five feet wide, is
located in the Fifth Election District of Anne Arundel County,
Maryland, and has been staked out on the ground and platted
by the County Road Engineer. Said road has been graded,
and extends from the intersection of the property of the Wash-
ington, Baltimore and Annapolis Electric Railroad Company
and the Craig's Ferry Road northerly along the westerly side
of the said railroad property, pass Woodlawn Station, and
then westerly to the Hammond Ferry road, a total distance
of about 5120 feet.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts

of laws, public or local, inconsistent with the aforegoing sec-
tion be, and the same are. hereby repealed to the extent of any
such inconsistency.

CHAPTER 401.

AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners of
Anne Arundel County, Maryland, to reimburse certain as-
sessors of County property for expenses in connection with
making said assessments.

WHEREAS, in the year 1923, the County Commissioners of
Anne Arundel County duly appointed certain persons as as-
sessors of property in the respective districts of said County,
as shown by its office records, in connection with which appoint-
ments it was stipulated that the said assessors should receive
