SEC. 11. And be it further enacted as aforesaid, That the
Board of Education for Worcester County is hereby authorized
and directed to fill by appointment any vacancy which may oc-
cur in the aforesaid Commission by death, failure to qualify,
resignation or otherwise.
SEC. 12. And be it further enacted as aforesaid, That at the
General Election for Representatives to the United States Con-
gress, to be held in November, 1924, there shall be submitted to
the qualified voters of Worcester County the question whether
the said bonds shall be issued and at such General Election, the
ballots used and cast upon the question shall have printed or
written thereon the words "For the School Bond Issue" and
"Against the School Bond Issue, " and if the majority of the
votes cast upon said question shall be "For the School Bond
Issue, " then the County Commissioners of Worcester County
shall proceed to exercise the power vested in them by this Act.
and shall issue the bonds as herein provided, but if a majority of
the votes cast upon said question shall be "Against the School
Bond Issue" then this Act shall be null and void and said bonds
shall not be issued.
SEC. 13. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1924.

AN ACT authorizing and empowering the County Commission-
ers of Anne Arundel County to build two roads in the
Fifth Election District of said County less than thirty feet
wide.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County
be, and they are hereby authorized and empowered to construct
