    Att the third tuesday in June being the nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom.
one thousand Seven hundred and thirty three  The afd Robert Street
appearing to the Same the Recognizance was Continued untill the then
next Court in Course being the third tuesday in August then next ensueing

    Att which Said third tuesday in August being the nineteenth day of
Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three
Came againe the afd Robert Street and in his proper person appeared
and prayed the same recognizance might be discharged  Ordered by
this Court here that the Same Recognizance be disch.d

    Robert Street afd his Recognizance taken in the Sum of tenn pounds
Sterling for his appearance as afd and Cont.d as afd This Court now here
discharges the same

Seventeen hundred thirty and two at the parish afd in the County afd
within the Jurisdicion of this Court in and upon a Certain Robert Street
in the peace of God and of the Said Lord prop.ry then and there being
with force and Arms an assault did make and him the Said Robert then
and there did beat wound evilly treat So that of his Life it was
much dispaired and other harms to him then and there did to the
great Damage of the Said Robert and against the peace of the Said
Lord proprietary that now is his good rule and Dignity &c.a

third tuesday in August then next ensueing &c.a

    Att which Said third tuesday in August being the twenty first
day of Said Month Anno Dom. One thousand Seven hundred and thirty
three Came the Same Martha Lewis and in her proper person Saith
that She Cannot gainsay the Indictment afd So as afd against her
brought nor Can She Say but that She is guilty of the premisses
thereupon her Imposed as by the afd indictment it is thereupon
