409 where with the Sane William Drury acknowledged himself therewith Content C.s Hynson Att the third tuesday in June being the nineteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came the afd Anne and appear and the Same was Continued untill the third tuesday in August then next ensueing Att which Said third tuesday in August day of Said Month Anno Dom. One thousand Seven hundred thirty and three Came the afd Ann in her proper person and appeared and prayed thereupon that the recognizance taken as afd be disch.d William Drury afd his Recognizance taken in the Sum of five pounds Sterling for the appearance of Anne his wife as afd being Continued as afd the Court here discharges the Same &c.a Kent County fs Memorandum that this twenty Nineth day of March Anno Dom. One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three George Moore of Chester Town Joyner personally appeared before me one of the Lordships the Lord prop.ry Justices of the Said County and Acknowledged himself to Stand and be indebted to the Said Lordship his heirs and Successors in the Sum of five pounds Sterling money to be Leveyed on his Lands and Tenements goods and Chattles Conditionally that he make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for the Said County and to give his Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against Martha Lewis then his Recognizance to be void otherways to be in full force and Virtue in Law C.s hynson Att the third tuesday in June being the nineteenth day of June Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three The afd George Moore appeared and the Same was Continued untill the third tuesday in August next Att which Same third tuesday in August being the twenty first day of Said Month Anno Dom. One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came the afd George Moore in his proper person appeared and prayed the recognizance as afd taken might be disch.d Ordered by this Court here that the recognizance taken as afd be disch.d George Moore afd his Recognizance taken in the Sum of __________ Sterling for his appearance at next Court afd the same being ________ afd This Court here discharges the Same Kent County March 29.th 1733 Remembered that this ____________ appeared before me one of his Lordships the Lord proprietarys _______ __________ and Acknowledged himself to Stand and be Indebted to his Lordship his heirs and Successors in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterling money to be Leveyed on his Lands & Tenements goods and Chattles __________ _____ if he make his personal appearance at the next Court _______________________________________________________ _______________________________________________________ |
