    And thereupon Submits to the Court  Therefore it is Considered by
the Justices here to wit the Same day and year last mentioned that the
afd Martha Lewis pay the Sum of two hundred pounds of tob.o for
the use of his Said Lordship as a fine for Commiting the assault afd in
form afd Confest and also pay the Sum of four hundred ninety Seven
pounds of Tobacco costs accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers
of this Court

Maryland         Dom. One Thousand Seven
hundred and thirty three personally appeared
before me one of his right honourable
the Lord prop.ry the Justices of for the afd County to keep the peace
assigne Henry Barber of Kent County Labourer And Acknowledged
himself Indebted to the Same Right honourable the Lord proprietarie in
the Sum of Ten pounds Sterling to be made and Leveyed on his body goods
and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs
and Successors Conditionally that if he doth not make his personal appearance
at the next Court to be held for Said County at the Court House in
the Town of Chester in Said County on the third Tuesday in August then
next ensueing to Answer unto a Certain breach of the peace made by him
with a Certain Martha Tidmarsh the wife of William Tidmarsh of s.d
County as appeared &c.a  ^and yet to Depart from the Same Court without leave^ And that in the mean time he is to be of good
behaviour &c.a  Wherewith he acknowledges himself Content

    Att which Said third tuesday in August being the twenty first day of Said
Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came
the afd Henry Barber and in his proper person appeared to the afd
Recognizance and prayd he might be therefrom discharged

    Ordered by this Court here that the afd Recognizance be discharged
Henry Barbers afd his recognizance taken in the Sum of ten pounds
Sterling for his appearance as afd is by this Court here discharged there being
no cause Shewn to the Contrary

    Kent County fs  The Jurors for the Right honble the Lord prop.ry
that now is for Kent County afd upon their oath do present that Henry
Barber of S.t Pauls Parish in the County afd planter the Seventh
day of July Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred thirty and three at the parish
afd in the County afd within the Jurisdicion of this Court ____________
