CHAPTER 430.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 4 of the Code oi
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "City of Baltimore ,
sub-title "Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City," said
new section to be known as 326-B and to follow immediately
after Section 326-A of said Article, providing for the
election of another Judge of the Supreme Bench of Balti-
more City.

CHAPTER 431.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 14 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Howard County,"
sub-title "Election Districts," said new section to be known
as Section 48A and to follow immediately after Section 48
of said Article, fixing the compensation of the Supervisors
of Elections of Howard County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
14 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "How-
ard County," sub-title "Election Districts," said new section to
be known as Section 48A, to follow immediately after Section
48 of said Article, and to read as follows:

48A. Each Supervisor of Elections for Howard County
shall be paid a salary of two hundred dollars ($200) per year
for each year in which there is an election held in Howard
County, the said salary to be paid as provided in Section 2 of
Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1922.
