residuary devise and bequest being held in trust for a period
of years by Edward X. Rich and Charles S. Rich, trustees;
part of the property to .be applied to the benefit of Saint Paul's
Chapel on Columbia Avenue, in the City of Baltimore, by the
said Vestry of Saint Paul's Parish, the said rest and residue
of said estate approximating in value the sum of seventy thou-
sand dollars ($70,000), in both real and personal property.

31. To the gift, sale or conveyance to the Vestry of Church-
ville Parish, or for the use and benefit of the Protestant Epis-
copal Church of the Holy Trinity in said Parish of six and one-
half acres of land in Harford County, or of parts or parcels
thereof, or of interest therein evidenced by the five following
deeds, namely:

First: A deed from Henry S. Harlan to David Harlan,
trustee, conveying six and a half acres of land, more or less,
for such uses and purposes and subject to such provisions, lim-
itations and restrictions as the said David Harlan may here-
after at any time declare, limit and appoint by deed or will
duly executed to pass real estate, and until and in default of
such appointment, to hold the same in trust for the use and
benefit of the Protestant Episcopal Church situated on said
land called "Holy Trinity Church," subject however to all
such provisions, limitations and restrictions as the said trustee
may from time to time impose, etc., which said deed is dated
the llth day of April in the year 1872 and is recorded among
the Land Records of said Harford County in Liber A. L. J.
27, folio 109.

32. A deed from David Harlan and wife to P. Hall Lee
and others, Vestrymen of Churchville Parish in Harford Coun-
ty, in the State and diocese of Maryland, and their Successors
in office, which deed is dated the 26th day of April in the year
1872, and is recorded among the Land Records of said Harford
County in Liber A. L. J. No. 27, folio 110, and conveys a lot
80 feet by 90 feet, the site of the first "Holy Trinity Church"
building, and a lot for a cemetery, both being part of the land
conveyed by the first above named deed.

33. A deed from David Harlan, trustee, to J. E. Mechem
and others, Vestrymen of Churchville Parish in Harford Coun-
ty, in the State and Diocese of Maryland and their successors
in office, with contingent remainder to the Convention of the
Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland,
which deed is dated the 7th day of January in the year 1879
