25. To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Sarah Rebecca Davis, deceased, late of Fred-
erick County, said will being recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills for Frederick County and said will being
dated July 6, 1906:

To the bequest of twenty-six hundred dollars ($2,600) of
the preferred stock of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Com-
pany and of thirteen hundred dollars ($1,300) of the common
stock of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Co. to the Notre
Dame Academy of Frederick County, situated in Liberty Town
in said county, for the purpose of founding and maintaining
three scholarships in said school.

26. To the bequest of one thousand dollars ($1,000) to
James Cardinal Gibbons, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Bal-
timore, a corporation sole of the State of Maryland, the in-
come derived therefrom to be paid to the priest temporarily in
charge of St. Peters Catholic Church situated in Liberty Town,
Maryland.

27. To the bequest of the residue of the estate of said Sarah
Rebecca Davis, it being cash money and personal property, to
James Cardinal Gibbons, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Bal-
timore, a corporation sole of the State of Maryland for the
support of Notre Dame Academy of Frederick County, said
Academy being situated at Liberty Town for the comforts of
the Sisters and the maintenance and upkeep of the property.

28. To the gift, grant and deed to the Electors of the Bal-
timore Hebrew Congregation by Aaron Straus and Lillie
Straus, his wife, said deed having date the 9th day of October,
1920, and being recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3654, Folio 345, etc., and to
the holding and disposing of the property therein described
by said Electors of the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation.

29. The sanction and consent of said General Assembly
be and the same is hereby declared, given and granted to the
Vestry of Saint Paul's Parish, in Baltimore County, to:

The legacy of one thousand dollars ($1,000) under the will
of Charlotte R. Smith, probated in the office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore City in 1920.

30. The residuary devise and bequest under the will of
Edward L. Raborg, whose will was duly probated in the office
of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in 1920, the said
