and is recorded among the Land Records aforesaid in Liber
A. L. J. 37, folio 44, and conveys the site of the new stone Holy
Trinity Church building, and is part of the land conveyed by
the first above-named deed.
34. A deed from David Harlan, trustee, to Herbert Harlan
and others, trustees, making the declaration of trust provided
for in the first above mentioned deed and conveying to the said
grantees the legal title to said six and a half acres of land de-
scribed in the said first mentioned deed for the use of the Ves-
try of Churchville Parish in Harford County in the State of
Maryland, a body corporate duly incorporated under the laws
of the State of Maryland, which deed is dated the 23rd of July,
in the year 1887, and recorded among: the Land Records afore-
said in Liber A. L. J. No. 59, folio 258.
35. A deed from Herbert Harlan and others, trustees, being
the grantees of the last above mentioned deed, and from the
same individually with their respective wives, as heirs of the
late David Harlan, to the Vestry of Churchville Parish, in
Harford County and the State of Maryland, a body corporate,
conveying full legal title to the said six and a half acres of land,
which deed is dated the 24th day of June, in the year 1921,
and is recorded among the Land Records aforesaid in Liber J.
A. R. No. 173, folio 347; and also the sanction and consent of
the General Assembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal
of any or all of said land by said Vestry of Churchville Parish,
a body corporate.
36. To the sale of a lot of ground located on the northern
most corner of Ashburton and Airdale Avenues, and known as
3800 Ashburton Avenue from Levi D. Tyler and Sadie E.
Tyler to the Babcock Memorial Presbyterian Church. The
deed for the sale of said lot being dated July 19, 1921, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. 3760, folio 113, etc.
37. To the bequest of one thousand dollars unto St. Paul's
Lutheran Church of Funkstown, Washington County, Mary-
land, contained in the last will and testament of Charles E.
Michael, late of Washington County, deceased, of record in
"Wills," Liber "N," folio 200, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills for Washington County, in the
event that Roy Edward Michael, son of said Charles E. Michael,
deceased, should die before attaining; the age of twenty-one
years.
