then with a line drawn East over a neck to tavern Creek
then down the said Creeke to ye southernmost End of tavern neck &
then with a streight line to ye first marked black cherry tree
with all y.e penensula & marsh lying on y.e south bound of y.e
s.d parcell of Land all itts anexed & added to y.e s.d patent
bounded on y.e south & west with y.e bay & on y.e north with
y.e s.d Easst line & on y.e East with y.e s.d tavern Creeke containing
by computation four hundred & twenty acres with all y.e s.d
penensula & marsh comprehended & bounded as afforesd
Now know yee that y.e s.d James Frisby for & in
consideration of y.e singular love & affection which he
beareth to his well beloved brother W.m Frisby & for
divers other good causes & considerations him thereunto
moveing but more Especially for & in pursuance of y.e
last will & testament of his father James Frisby deceased
hath granted aliened & confirmed & by these presents
doth fully clearly & absolutely grant alien & confirme
unto W.m Frisby all y.t tract seat or parcell of Land
called Swan point conteined in & comprehended with
lines bounds & limets afforesd togather with all the said
peninsula & marsh as afforesd to have & to hold y.e
same to him y.e s.d W.m Frisby his heirs & assignes
for ever togather with all houses fencing orchards gardens
Inclosures pastures & all y.e promises with their apurtenances
to y.e s.d W.m Frisby his heirs & assignes & to their own
use for ever & y.e reversion & reversions remainder and
remainders of all & singular y.e before granted premises
& also all y.e Estate right title intrest claime and demand
whatsoever of him y.e s.d James Frisby his heirs & assignes
of in & to y.e same & of in and to any part or parcell
thereof & also all woods & underwoods & trees now growing
standing & being upon y.e premises or any part or parcell
thereof and y.e s.d James Frisby for himselfe his heirs
Exct.rs Admt.rs Covenant & grant to & with to & with y.e s.d
W.m Frisby his heirs & assignes & every of them by these
presents in maner & forme following that is to say y.t
he y.e s.d James Frisby for & notwithstanding any act or
