To all Christian people to whome these presents
shall come Greeting James Frisby of y.e County of
Cacill Gent Executer of the last will & testament
of James Frisby senior deceased In which will it
doth appeare that y.e s.d James Frisby sen.r gave unto
his three sons James Frisby Jun.r W.m Frisby and
Thomas Frisby amongst other tracts of Land two
Seats viz one Called swan point the other seat
or tract which he then lived upon to be Equally
divided betweeene them since which time that
is to say since y.e Decease of y.e s.d James Frisby Sen.r
Thomas Frisby y.e younger is also deceased all which
s.d Lands ought & of right belongs unto y.e James
Frisby & W.m Frisby the survivors And whereas y.e
s.d James Frisby & W.m Frisby with one assent and
with a unanimous Consent have made Division in
partition of y.e s.d tracts of Land by vertue of which
s.d partition & Division y.e seat or tract of Land called
Swan point is meant & intended to be part of y.e
inheritance of W.m Frisby which tract of Land was
formerly granted to M.r Edward Loid of Talbot County
contained in a natent for two thousand & two hundred
acres called Hinchingam bearing date y.e 21.th day of
January 1667 and solde by y.e s.d Loyde to Thomas
Howell late of Cacill County as by a deed or covenace
for y.e same may more fully apeare bearing date y.e
11.th day of Jan.ry 1668 which s.d Land was solde by y.e
s.d Howell unto James Frisby sen.r y.e father of y.e s.d
James Frisby & W.m Frisby y.e Coheirs of y.e s.d James
Frisby sen.r as by a deed or conveance may more fully
apeare bearing date y.e 12.th day of Jan.ry 1668 which
Estate was conveyed to y.e use of y.e s.d James Frisby
his heirs & assignes for ever which s.d Land is contained
& comprehended with y.e lines & bounds following (viz)
begining at a marked black cherry tree standing upon
a point commonly called y.e great bay neck & runing
up y.e bay w.th y.e And of y.e s.d patent two hundred ^& fifty^ perches
to a marked oake standing upon y.e s.d Bay side
